Ordering & shipping
The practical questions. If you are after dosing, reconstitution or the research behind a compound, that lives with our clinical practice: Peptide FAQs.
How does ordering work?
Pick what you need, then fill in a short medical intake. A licensed provider reviews it. Once it is approved, the order ships to you.
Do I need a prescription?
The intake is that step. A licensed provider reads your history and either approves the order or does not.
How long does it take?
Orders usually ship within one to two business days of provider approval. Standard delivery is three to five business days after that. Anything temperature-sensitive ships cold.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. Import rules for peptides vary a lot country to country, so for now we ship within the United States only.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.
Where are the peptides made?
FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities in the United States. Every batch is third-party tested for identity, purity and potency.
Can I see a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Check the product page, or ask us and we will send the one for your batch.
How do I store what arrives?
Dry powder keeps in a cool dark place, and refrigeration extends it. Once it is mixed with bacteriostatic water it has to be refrigerated, never frozen, and is typically good for 28 days. Throw out anything cloudy or discoloured.
Something arrived wrong or damaged.
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
I want to know whether a peptide suits me.
That is a clinical question rather than a shop one, and it deserves a real answer.
